相信大家都知道，早前 FBI 要調查一宗案件時，因為 iPhone 的系統太難以破解，想要蘋果提供協助但卻被蘋果公司拒絕，雖然最終 iPhone 還是被破解了，但是事件卻顯出了 iPhone 的安全性之高。近日在佛羅里達州中，亦發生了一宗類似的事，不過這次法院就直接要疑犯必須交出自己 iPhone 5 的解鎖密碼，以方便警方取證。

消息指出，疑犯名為 Aaron Stahl，於早前在一家商店內被一正在購物的女子發現他正在用手機偷拍其裙底而被捕。不過 Aaron Stahl 拒絕向警方提供其 iPhone 手機的四位密碼，所以警方無法蒐集其偷拍的照片來作為證據。警方向法庭申請取得 Aaron Stahl 的手機密碼，但原判法官以 Aaron Stahl 受第五修正案保護而裁決警方無權強迫該嫌疑人交出手機密碼，而上訴法院則推翻這個裁決，表示了以後涉及到 iPhone 密碼的案件時，警方可以向法庭申請取得密碼，以免卻破解的麻煩。

If the case belongs to the political case, the court should not force the suspect to tell the password. If the case like the above mention, the suspect need to tell the password to prove the truth.

Actually if a person doesn't wanna tell you his password, he won't tell you even if the court requests him to tell
